4 Ounce jar makes 16-20 cups of tea and the 8 Ounce jar makes approximately 30-40 cups, depending on the tea density and strength.

Reusable tea bags or tea balls sold separately.

Ingredients / Materials

Organic peppermint leaf, organic raspberry leaf, organic nettle leaf, organic ginger root, organic dandelion leaf, organic oatstraw, organic horsetail, organic chamomile flowers, and organic rose petals.

Instructions

Fill 1 tablespoon of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached.
