Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be potential delays due to high volume of orders or postal services problems that are outside our control. Please double check that your shipping address is current and complete. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for missing or stolen packages.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The rates are based on current USPS rates which take into account the size of the package and the total weight.

In-Store Pickup & Local Delivery

We offer free in-store pickup for any orders.  Local delivery has a $25 minimum for addresses within a 10 mile radius of our downtown location. For orders under $75, we charge $8 for local delivery. Free local delivery is available for orders over $75.

Deliveries are made within 3-4 days of order confirmation. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our downtown location in the East Village Arts District:

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. If you would like to pick up at another location, email us at hello@byolongbeach.com and we can coordinate a store transfer, which may take an additional 2 to 3 days. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@byolongbeach.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for missing or stolen packages.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, refill products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty and hygiene products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
