Nettle Tea | Packaged

Nettle leaves are harvested in the spring, once the plant has had time to mature but before it goes into flower. The leaves can be steeped as nettle tea, incorporated into herbal infusion blends, and added to soups and broths. Known to support healthy urinary function and has mild diuretic action and helps to maintain upper respiratory health.

4 Ounce jar makes 16-20 cups of tea and the 8 Ounce jar makes approximately 30-40 cups, depending on the tea density and strength.

Reusable tea bags or tea balls sold separately.
