The name says it all. Organic happy tummy tea is a gentle blend that makes a wonderful beverage to sip after a large meal. The aromatic and tasty herbs in this infusion create a balanced flavor for a happy belly.

Aroma and Flavor
Piquant and invigorating aroma with an herbaceous mint medley, and a summery flavor with soft floral complements.

4 Ounce jar makes 16-20 cups of tea and the 8 Ounce jar makes approximately 30-40 cups, depending on the tea density and strength.

Reusable tea bags or tea balls sold separately.

Ingredients / Materials

Organic catnip, organic spearmint, organic lemongrass, organic oatstraw, organic skullcap, organic rosemary, organic sage leaf, and organic fennel seed.

Instructions

Fill 1 tablespoon of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached.
