8 Ounce Jar with organic dried elderberries, organic dried ginger, organic cinnamon, and organic cloves.

Instructions: In a small saucepan, combine 3 Tablespoons of elderberry mixture, including a piece of cinnamon stick, with 1 cup of water. Simmer for 15-20 minutes on low until reduced by about half. Allow to cool, strain berry mixture through muslin bag, squeeze it to get every drop! Combine berry juice with 1/4 cup of raw, local honey.
Dosage: 1/2 - 1 tsp for kids, 1 Tbsp for adults. Do not give to babies under 1 year old. Store in refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
